This herbal liniment is specially designed to support and enhance hard conditioning training such as with the rope, straw or leather covered wooden Makiwara.

This liniment is best for conditioning the hard bones of the body as opposed to areas with large muscle mass. Bony areas with little muscle require strengthening of the skin to resist abrasions, cuts, and ruptures. Use this for training the knuckles, shins, elbows, heel of the foot, knees, etc.

This formula is also very good for practitioners of joint locking, throws and holds such as found in aikido, judo, jiu jitsu, hapkido, etc. It will increase the strength, and resistance of your joints.
