Ku Yu Cheong’s Famous Iron Palm Formula - 4 oz bottle SKU # 20102

The recipe for this formula was sent to me in Chinese characters by good friend and Kung Fu brother, Rod Morgan. The formula comes from the book: The Essence of Internal Martial Arts.

Master Ku Yu Cheung is perhaps the most famous Iron Palm Master and certainly responsible for the spread of this technique. Master Cheong could selectively break any brick in a stack of bricks without damaging the others. Sifu Wing Lam is one of Master Cheung’s disciples and uses this same formulation in his Iron Palm dit da jow.

Shen prepares this formula using only Chinese rice wine and following the specific instructions to bury the container during the initial duration of its aging.
