Choy Lee Fut Ching Jong

All Solid wood construction, hand crafted in the USA. Each dummy is custom made and fitted. The main body is 5' 10'' tall and 5 1/2''wide x 5 1/2'' deep.

This dummy features adjustable lower leg with 3 length settings, Hefty 3'' diameter arms (tapering to 2 1/2'') and leg designed for superior conditioning results and maximum reliability and durability. The moving upper arm has a heavy duty spring and features a tension adjustment screw/bolt set up. Loosen or tighten up the arm resistance in seconds.

7 filled sand bags are included. These bags are sealed and ready to attach to your dummy.This dummy does hit back, and you will love the feel of the meaty arms and leg and of the bags.

True to its original purpose, this dummy will strengthen and condition your strikes, your bridge and your shins while you improve your striking timing, distance, footwork, maneuvering and accuracy.

The dummy is made to be installed permanently into the floor or it can be mounted onto a simple wooden 2'' x 12'' x 36'' board for portability. Add a weight to the back of the and your dummy will be stable with just the right amount of movement. See picture above. Please note: a stand is not included.
